Refine Development Management wins two prestigious titles at Arabian Property Awards 2026–2027

Refine Development Management is proud to announce its receipt of two esteemed awards at the Arabian Property Awards 2026–2027. The accolades reaffirm the company’s growing expertise in development marketing and branded residence consultancy across Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

The UAE’s leading development management company, Refine was recognised for Development Marketing for STAX by Pasha1 Developers, Powered by Refine, which launched in December 2025. The twin-tower residential development, located in Jumeirah Village Circle, has a gross development value (GDV) of AED 550 million.

The award highlights the strength of Refine’s strategic marketing approach, which introduced a new developer brand into one of Dubai’s most competitive and rapidly emerging residential markets. The company also received the award for Branded Residence Consultancy, underscoring its expertise in supporting the development, positioning and delivery of some of the city’s most recognised branded residences. Refine successfully launched St. Regis Residences Financial Center Road, which generated over AED 1 billion in sales within the first two hours alone, as well as managed the launch and sell out of Rixos Financial Center Road, which achieved over AED 1.1 billion in sales. It has also partnered with other globally respected hospitality brands, including Movenpick Residences, Marriott Residences and Fairmont Residences.
