The retreat begins with a Family Wellness Consultation, to personalise each family member’s wellness journey while creating shared goals for their time together. Available for stays from now, the new family-focused retreat includes two connecting Discovery Deluxe Rooms, offering guests the comfort and privacy of separate spaces while remaining seamlessly connected throughout their stay. As part of the retreat experience, families will also enjoy a programme of arts, fitness and mindfulness activities, with something for every age and interest. Younger guests can take part in finger painting, clay sculpting, music bingo and circuit training, while adults can choose from cooking, embroidery, meditation and HIIT cardio. For some quality time together, families can enjoy candle glazing, board games, yoga and origami.

Each day, guests will also indulge in 3 nourishing wellness meals, thoughtfully prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to support balance and overall vitality while bringing everyone together around the table.  At Aizoon Restaurant, guests will savour wholesome interpretations of traditional Arabic and Qatari recipes alongside a dedicated children’s wellness menu, while Casuarina Café offers lighter bites, refreshing herbal infusions and a TAIM-inspired high tea, perfect for a moment to slow down between activities.
