Designed by Singapore-based KulörGroup, the concept embraces the island’s natural, narrow footprint, creating a distinctive harmony between the lush jungle canopy and the turquoise waters of the Maldives. This sense of duality extends to the residences, where guests can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from their own private retreat, with the architecture bringing the surrounding landscape into focus and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Interiors by London-based Muza Lab pair natural materials, soft tonal palettes and tactile textures to create spaces that reflect the island’s character through considered design and relaxed elegance.

The island is home to two exceptional residences: a 930 sqm three-bedroom overwater residence with a 15-metre private swimming pool, and a 2,399 sqm five-bedroom Presidential Residence featuring a 28-metre swimming pool and its own private beach. Accommodating up to 24 adults, Nowhere Private Island offers an extraordinary setting for GCC families, friends and private groups seeking the utmost in seclusion, complemented by dedicated facilities including a private cinema, gym, spa and sauna.

Bespoke Wellness, Dining and Services

At the heart of Nowhere Private Island is Roohu, the dedicated butler service provided to every residence. Meaning “soul” in Dhivehi, Roohu is built around personalisation, with dedicated butlers anticipating each guest’s preferences and curating one-of-a-kind experiences throughout their stay.

Wellness is equally central to the Nowhere experience. Fehi Wellness, is accessible to guests staying on Nowhere and features a couples treatment room and yoga chamber.
